We’re on a mission to grow the power of Community Bucket
When you donate to Community Bucket, you are investing directly in improving your local community. As a donor, or what we call our Community Builders, you play an important role in expanding access to volunteer events in your city. This means more nonprofits served and more individuals who benefit from Service Made Social. You can also receive some sweet perks when you give at higher levels, and of course make an even bigger impact on your city. But every dollar raised goes a long way, and we appreciate you!

For every $100 donated to Community Bucket, we create 10 service hours donated to local nonprofits, which translates to $240 of community impact. That means we deliver $2.40 in value-added capacity for every $1 you donate. The more you contribute, the more we can impact our communities!
Tax Information: Community Bucket is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All donations are tax-deductible where allowed by law.
It’s simple: Your donation helps us create more events, which provides opportunities for more volunteers, which serves more local nonprofits, which builds our communities.
It takes a lot to run our organization, and to ensure stellar events and experiences for every volunteer. We have to cover the cost of supplies for every project, fund our operating costs like insurance and administrative fees, and most importantly, pay our small staff living wages. As a new organization, we believe this is key to our success.
In addition to providing volunteers, we also make an effort to contribute financially to every partner organization. Therefore, a portion of your donation also goes directly back to the communities we serve.
Great companies can help create a great community. If you think your company would be interested in supporting Community Bucket through a donation, a company-specific volunteer event or even by helping spread the word about our events, we’d love an introduction. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and details, and we’ll promptly reply!
