Nov 02, 2019 :
Join us in November for a morning of good deeds as we roll out refurbished bikes with Free Bikes 4 Kids (FB4K)! It’s a great way to put your hands to work, do good for the local community, and meet like-minded people all at the same time. Smiles are guaranteed!
On November 2nd, we will connect with Free Bikes 4 Kids (FB4K), where we’ll volunteer in their warehouse (Location TBD) Volunteers can be mechanics, preppers, organizers, cleaners and spend time encouraging the project partner staff. You don’t need to be handy person or a mechanic to volunteer for this project; you don’t even need to know how to ride a bike. This project will be less intense than others with a great reward in the end! After a little bit of work and TLC with the bikes, we’ll grab food and drinks at a mystery brewery nearby (location will be unveiled as we get closer to the event).
*Note, we are not responsible for anyone who ends up buying a bike after this event… haha.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Then, We Socialize: Once we’ve completed the project, we’ll head to a Mystery Brewery for lunch, cold drinks and quality time to get to know your fellow volunteers.
Tickets are only $10 and include:
Here’s how it works:

Note: We charge $12 because spots are limited, and it’s important to us that all registered volunteers show up to serve the nonprofit. Additionally, we put this money towards food at the after-service social to cover costs and pass the value along to you. We never want the cost to prevent you from volunteering with Community Bucket. If it is, please email Joshua at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can work with you!
Please only register if you know you can attend, as spots are limited and we do not like to disappoint our Community Partners with no-shows. If your plans change after you sign up, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can fill your spot. Thanks!
