June Weekend of Good – Saturday

Jun 10, 2017 :

It’s a better way to meet new people in Atlanta… Guaranteed.

Our June Weekend of Good is going down on June 10th-11th, and we hope to see you there! Summer weather might be upon us, but that won’t stop us from doing some good deeds around the city. On Saturday, we have three projects lined up for the morning – Urban Fresh, Urban Sprout Farms, and Mad Housers – followed by lunch with all the volunteers immediately after we finish working. So choose between urban garden restoration and building huts for the homeless, and come experience what Service Made Social is all about!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Reserve your spot for one of the projects before they fill up (spots are limited, see details below)
  2. Commit to showing up at the scheduled time – see below for specifics
  3. If you’re feeling social, stick around for lunch
  4. Tell your friends to join you, or come alone and meet new people. Either way, you’ll have a blast.
  5. We’ll send you information in a separate email a few days before the event, so stay tuned

Impact areas: Food Access, Homelessness, Urban Farming

Please only register if you know you can attend, as spots are limited and we do not like to disappoint our Community Partners with no-shows. If your plans change after you sign up, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can fill your spot. Thanks!
