CB Atlanta: October Tech Gives Back

Oct 10, 2019 : 1:00pm

It’s a better way to meet new people… Guaranteed.

Cooler weather is finally here, why not do some good and grab a beer! The October ATL Tech Gives Back is the perfect excuse to get our hands dirty outside!

Join us for an afternoon taking in fresh air on Thursday, October 10th from 1-4PM working with our friends at Good Samaritan Farm. Afterward, we’ll wind down at Steady Hand Beer Co. from 4-6PM.

About ATL Tech Gives Back:

Two homegrown Atlanta organizations, Hypepotamus and Community Bucket, have fused the power of volunteering together with startups for Tech Gives Back. For any newcomers, Tech Gives Back is powered by Cox Enterprises and is perfect for anyone who works (or aspires to work) in the tech or startup ecosystem. If you give a damn about our city, this is the place for you! We work together to strengthen local nonprofits by volunteering with organizations who rely heavily on volunteer groups. Not only will you make a difference in the community, but you will do so while working alongside your startup peers.

Rally your teammates, call up some colleagues, or just come alone… either way, you’ll be part of one strong and awesome community!

September Project Partners:

  • Good Samaritan Farm: help beautify urban farms that provide life changing nourishment for some of Atlanta most under resourced communities.
