We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first ever podcast - We Dig Community. Stay tuned for more episodes and please subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts!
We DIG Community tells the stories of the people and organizations behind our Service Made Social mission. In this episode we speak to Kelly Bradley, the newest member of our staff and our Summer Program Manager.
Kelly joined our team in April, to help this Summer with our FeedATL initiative. Kelly has a unique background in both event management and nonprofits. She is deeply committed to her community and is a long-time believer in the power of people to make local change that lasts. Before joining us, she spearheaded an all-volunteer initiative to sew thousands of masks for frontline workers at the start of the pandemic.
In this episode, we speak to Kelly about what her early days in this new role have looked like, and we also dive into the details for what’s coming up with our FeedATL projects. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable about food and farming, having grown up in a farming family in Georgia. She will bring those insights to the events and help make the experiences memorable and meaningful for everyone. We hope you enjoy the energy and passion she brings to the conversation!
